EFFECTIVE 4/1/2025 Any chemical service appointment cancelled less than 24 hours prior to your service time will be charged a $50.00 NON REFUNDABLE cancellation fee charged at your next visit. Clients with more than 2 canceled appointments in their client history will be charged a $50.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit sent to your cell phone number or email address on file that must be paid via credit card prior to your appointment being accepted in our system. $50.00 Deposit payment will be taken off the price if your service at the your appointment. We apologize for this inconvenience but our stylists schedules are filling up quickly and no shows and cancelations are not conducive for our team. Thank you for your understanding.
